Yesterday was a little bit of chaos in this house. My fiance left for his ice fishing trip, and so I had kind of a girls day with Emma. Before he left for his fishing trip he requested a loaf of Jalapeno Cheddar Bread. I found this recipe last fall because we had tons of jalapenos from our mini vegetable garden. Here is the link to the recipe Jalapeno Cheddar Bread. The recipe calls for all purpose flour but I use bread flour. Doing this gives it a much more dense and ready for sandwiches. I also left the seeds in when I added the jalapenos, however this is optional. My fiance loves his food spicy. Below are my pictures from when I made the bread.
