Thank You Card

I truly beleive that an old fashion thank you card is the best gift to someone that continues to go out of their way for others.  I made this using the preloaded cartridge on my Cricut Expression 2. The thank you was cut out on red card-stock and then the shadow was cut out on black card-stock.  I used some scrap paper for the background of the card.  Thanks for stopping by.

Calendar Scrapbook Page

I made this with my new Cricut Expression 2, that I received for Christmas. I love it. It is so easy to use. Anyways, I cut out the lettering using the preloaded letters that came with my Cricut. they were cut out a 2 inches.  Then I used a corner scroll to give the page a little more pop. The calendar itself was made at Costco. Each year with our Christmas cards they give you free calendars to go along with your order. Have a nice day everyone!

Merry Christmas!

I just wanted to wish Merry Christmas to everyone! I hope your day is blessed and joyful. We did our usual tradition with my fiance's side of the family on Christmas Eve. Burgers, fries, and malts, a bit of an unusual tradition but I enjoy it each year.  Today we will be opening up gifts with Ms. Emma and then its off to my Grandma's house for more festive celebrations.  God Bless!

Penguin Treat Bags

I made these for my coworkers, 30 of them all ready to go.

I used 3x4 celiophane bags to put the treats in. I got these a Joann's in the baking section. I am really happy with how they turned out. I used my Simply Charmed Cricut Cartridge. I used the Penguin2 when cutting these little guys out. The first picture is the Penguins all put together. 

After some gluing and staples we have some yummy treat bags. I used red card-stock for the back ground which was measured at 3x4-1/2 (I folded these in half after cutting them).  The little green strips are 3x1. I am super excited to hand these out to my coworkers when Christmas gets a little closer.

                                                          

Our Engagement

Recently my wonderful boyfriend of 3 years, asked me to marry him. Of course I said yes, I am looking forward to this next phase of our lives. Below are some pictures of the beautiful ring that he got me.
